Sunday, May 27, 2012

I hope everyone had a great weekend!  There were TWO Sabbaths this weekend.  One was the regularly weekly Sabbath, followed by a very special High Sabbath that Christians and Jews alike (and obviously Messianics) have reason to celebrate!

This weekend was the day of Shovuot/Pentecost!  It is THE exact day that Adonai (the Lord) gave us the Torah of Life from the mountain in the wilderness, and the very same day Adonai gave us the Holy Spirit at the holy temple in Jerusalem!

A very important day to Elohim (God), and He instructed us to set this day aside for all time - with two such great events on this day so far, one can only imagine what He has in store for the future on this day!  Happy Shovuot!
